If you need to waive AcademicBlue SHIP coverage for the current 2025-2026 plan year ending 08/31/2026, click here.
If you do not want the Student Health Insurance Plan, you must decline or opt-out of coverage by submitting a waiver. If you waived coverage for the 2025-2026 plan year, you do not need to waive again for the 2026-2027 plan year.
The waiver period to opt out of coverage is 31 calendar days after hire date.
